How to Book a Tour

A wide range of tour packages is available on our website www.junglesafarisuganda.com. Choose your desired tour package depending on your travel interests, time frame, and budget. Your travel interests are determined by what you would like to experience/see during the tour (for example, mountain gorillas, chimpanzees and other primates, birds, wildlife, local communities, mountain climbing, etc).

The time frame is determined by the number of days you would like to spend on your holiday in East Africa, and the budget is determined by how much you would like/afford to spend on the trip. The activities and level of accommodation will determine your budget. For instance, gorilla tracking is expensive; a gorilla permit in Uganda costs USD800, and USD1500 in Rwanda. We have budget (basic), deluxe (mid-range), and Luxury (superior) lodges, all at different prices. It’s time to confirm your desired tour package with our tour consultant and agree on the per-person price, based on the level of accommodation and the number of days. Note that African Jungle Adventures offers memorable and affordable private safari packages for groups, couples, honeymooners, and solo travellers. This is the right time for us to check the availability of gorilla permits, chimpanzee permits (if applicable), and accommodations, depending on your intended travel time. As this is a private tour package, you are free to choose your most convenient travel dates, subject to permit availability.

You will be required to send your full names, passport numbers and country of residence to enable us reserve your permits and accommodation.

This is to reserve your gorilla permits, among other items. Payments can be transferred directly to our company bank account or paid online by credit card.
Once we receive your payments, we shall send you a confirmation email with a copy of the receipt showing the balance. We shall immediately pay for your gorilla permits, and we normally send scanned copies to confirm that everything is in order. Other permits, such as chimpanzee and golden monkey permits (if applicable), shall also be paid for, as well as lodges. The final Itinerary shall be prepared by our tour consultant, including all lodges and flights.

You can pay your balance on arrival or 3 weeks before the arrival date. The balance payment on arrival MUST be paid in cash. We DO NOT accept credit cards or bank transfers on arrival. If you are paying by bank transfer or credit card, it must be at least 3 weeks before the arrival date.
